Mataram, Universitas Mataram – Accreditation activities at Mataram University Hospital (UNRAM Hospital) by the Accreditation Team of the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) were held on Monday morning (29/7) in the UNRAM Hospital Hall. The KARS Accreditation Team consists of Dr. Rossma Napitupulu, MARS, Dr. Widyasih Pritasari, Sp.OG (K), and Muhammad Fatoni, S.Kep., Ners.
Accreditation activities that have been prepared since six months ago have gone through several stages such as the guidance stage, then the simulation survey and the last is the accreditation survey.
“For this accreditation, we have prepared it since six months ago and have gone through several stages such as the guidance stage, then a simulation survey, and the last is the final survey to get an accreditation assessment. So for this accreditation consists of sixteen working groups (Pokja) all of which are chaired by specialist doctors, “said dr. Ahmad Taufik S, Sp.OT as the director of UNRAM Hospital when delivering his speech.
At present UNRAM Hospital in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, UNRAM has implemented an electronic registration system and even the public can access registration online. “In the future, we will also use medical or paperless based medical record data, so that all patient services at UNRAM Hospital do not need to carry documents everywhere, that is our target next year,” concluded Dr. Taufik.
Furthermore, Dr. Taufik explained that UNRAM Hospital has two buildings with six floors, and is an Educational Hospital designed with 300 beds. Whereas for outpatient UNRAM Hospital has sixteen clink specialists with the most complete specialist doctors in NTB.
Since it was inaugurated on March 16, 2016, it continues to improve to provide the best service for the community. To support excellent service, this type C Hospital provides 117 medical personnel and 75 non-medical personnel. Of the 39 doctors owned by UNRAM Hospital, 30 of them are specialist doctors.
UNRAM Chancellor Prof. Dr. Then Husni SH., M.Hum, when giving a speech hoped that UNRAM Hospital could become a health service center for the community besides education and research activities.
