The Rector emphasized that accreditation plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of graduates so that they are well-prepared to compete in the workforce and pursue higher levels of education.
He also highlighted that strengthening laboratory facilities, human resources, and research quality remains Unram’s primary focus in supporting this acceleration.
Meanwhile, the Chair of the LAM Teknik Executive Committee, Prof. Misri Gozan, explained that this socialization is essential for providing universities with updated insights into the evolving accreditation regulations.
“Accreditation should not be viewed as something to fear, but rather as a collective effort to produce outstanding and competitive engineering graduates,” he explained.
He added that LAM Teknik continues to expand access to information and guidance for higher education institutions to ensure optimal accreditation preparation.
Through this activity, Unram hopes that all engineering study programs will be better prepared to undergo the accreditation process while further strengthening the quality of engineering education to remain competitive at both the national and international levels.
