Mataram, University of Mataram — Thursday (15/1) The University of Mataram (Unram) welcomed a visit from Madrasah Aliyah At Tahzib, West Lombok, held at the Senate Conference Room, Rectorate of Unram. The visit marked an important moment for the students to gain deeper insights into Unram, understand the admission pathways for new students, and directly experience the academic atmosphere at Unram, West Nusa Tenggara’s leading university.

On this occasion, the Head of Academic and Student Affairs Bureau of Unram, Dwi Siswanto, S.Kom., MM., delivered a comprehensive presentation covering university admission pathways, an overview of Unram, learning support facilities, scholarship opportunities, and details of the selection process.

In his presentation, Dwi Siswanto emphasized that Unram’s focus does not stop at admitting new students, but extends to its commitment to producing excellent and impactful graduates. “Unram strives to nurture a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also possesses integrity, social awareness, and global competitiveness. We want every Unram graduate to become an agent of change who brings real benefits to society and the nation,” he stated.

The Principal of MA At Tahzib, Ahmad Juaini, S.Pd., M.Ak., expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome that Unram consistently provides. “This is already the fourth time we have visited Unram. Each year we come with the hope that our students will pass the selection and be accepted at Unram. Their first choice is always Unram. We sincerely hope that the number of graduates admitted to Unram will continue to increase. Through this visit, we want them to directly experience the academic atmosphere and campus environment, so they are motivated to continue their education at this leading university, the pride of NTB,” he said.

The visit of MA At Tahzib students to Unram also reaffirmed the trust of the younger generation in Unram as their primary destination campus.
