Unram Holds Technical Guidance on the Management of State Assets and BLU Finance

Mataram, University of Mataram — The University of Mataram (Unram), in collaboration with the Bureau of Finance and State Assets (BMN), organized a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the Procedures for Managing State Assets (BMN) and Public Service Agency (BLU) Finance within Unram. The activity was held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the Senate Meeting Room and was attended by dozens of Unram administrative staff.
The technical guidance was officially opened by the Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., accompanied by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs and the Head of the Bureau of Finance and General Affairs.
In his remarks, Prof. Bambang expressed his appreciation for the presence of the team from the Bureau of Finance and State Assets and emphasized the importance of accountable, orderly, and system-based management of state finances and assets. He explained that Unram continues to strengthen its financial and asset governance as part of its commitment to improving institutional performance.
“Financial and state asset management must be carried out professionally, transparently, and responsibly. Alhamdulillah, in recent years, Unram’s financial performance has shown very positive results, both in terms of budget absorption and performance accountability,” he stated.
Prof. Bambang also added that Unram has developed various digital administrative systems to support the management of finances and assets, enabling all units to work more effectively and efficiently while minimizing audit findings.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bureau of Finance and State Assets, Agus Sunarya Sulaeman, in his presentation expressed appreciation for Unram’s management of state assets, which he considered orderly and well maintained. He noted that Unram has strong asset governance with minimal issues compared to many other higher education institutions.
Agus also emphasized that the management of state assets requires a high level of responsibility given their significant value. Through this technical guidance, he hoped that the technical understanding of BMN and BLU financial management within Unram would be further strengthened, ensuring accountability and sustainability in asset management.
The technical guidance also featured other resource persons, including Angga Kusuma, Head of Utilization Team I; Giri Umbara F, Head of Utilization Team II; and Policy Technical Reviewers M. Yusuf Sahabuddin and Mubassyir.
