Mataram, University of Mataram – the University of Mataram collaborates with Cordova University (Undova) to organize community service activities in West Sumbawa Regency.  This activity is a collaboration between Unram, Undova and the Regional Government of West Sumbawa Regency (KSB).  The activity was held at 2 points in KSB, namely the Kemutar Telu Center and Lebo Lake.

KSB Regent, Dr.  H. W. Musyafirin, M.M.  expresses gratitude to Unram and Undova who have contributed to the progress of KSB.  KSB is also ready to support research conducted by universities.

“The KSB government has collaborated with Undova in increasing human resources and will work together with Unram to develop human resources in the field of education, especially medicine,” he said Saturday (5/8) at the Hanipati KSB Building when opening the Unram-Undova Serving 2023 event  .

He hopes that Unram will collaborate with the KSB Regional Government through BRIDA and promise to provide research funds for Unram lecturers, Undova lecturers, and students, especially for research that can be directly implemented.

Meanwhile, the Rector of Undova, Dr.  K. H. L. Zulkifli Muhadli, M.M., was proud that the campus he leads can collaborate with the largest campus in West Nusa Tenggara, namely the University of Mataram.

“It is truly an honor and an honor for Undova to be paired with Unram which has described and proven to be the Center of Excellence in West Nusa Tenggara.  So that, this collaboration is expected to continue, because Undova is really proud, happy, and motivating,” he explained.

In his remarks, Unram Vice rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information Systems, Prof.  Akmaluddin, S.T., M.Sc.(Eng.), Ph.D.  expressed his gratitude for the extraordinary welcome from Undova for the collaboration in the Unram-Undova Serving 2023 activities.

“Alhamdulillah, this collaboration received an extraordinary response and welcome.  On behalf of University of Mataram, I express my deepest gratitude,” he said.

In the Unram-Undova Serving 2023 activities, several series of activities were held such as tree planting, healthy walks, display of academic forums, inauguration of the Unram KSB Alumni Association, workshops, and training attended by the KSB community.
