The Student Exchange of Unram 2023 Incerases Rapidly

Mataram, University of Mataram – The Rector of the University of Mataram officially released the 2023 Mataram University Free Learning Ambassadors at the Unram Dome building on Monday (7/8) afternoon. There were 28 students of the Independent Student Exchange 3 Unram from 8 faculties and Study Programs Under the Rector.

Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., proud of the extraordinary improvement achieved by the executors of the outbound student exchange program. “I am proud of this extraordinary increase, the total number of students participating in the student exchange program has almost doubled from the previous year, of course this is not easy,” he said.
Most participants came from the Faculty of Teaching and Education, 93 students, followed by the Faculty of Economics and Business with 67 students, Study Program under Rector with 42 students, Faculty of Agriculture with 34 students, Faculty of Law with 15 students, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with 12 students, Faculty of Engineering 11 students, Faculty of Animal Husbandry 5 stuents, and 1 person from the Faculty of Food Engineering and Agro-industry. This figure has almost increased from the previous year which amounted to 145 students.

The participants will be released as many as 26 students to Gajah Mada University, 22 students to Airlangga University, 20 students to the Indonesian Education University, 17 students to Padjadjaran University, 14 students to the Bogor Agricultural Institute, 12 studnets went to Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, 11 students went to Muhammadiyah Malang University, 10 students went to Sebelas Maret University, 8 students went to Malang State University, 8 students went to Yogyakarta State University, 7 students went to Pancasila University, 7 students went to the Institute of Technology Bandung, 6 stuents each to Surakarta Muhammadiyah University, Jenderal Soedirman University,

Hasanuddin University, and Muhammadiyah Soedirjo University, 5 students each to Al-Azhar Indonesia University, Medan State University, Malang Islamic University, and finally 4 students to the University Sorong Muhammadiyah Education.
Don’t forget, Prof. Bambang as the Rector of Unram left a message for all students who will be distributed to 66 universities throughout Indonesia. “As Ambassadors, you do not bring yourself but bring the big name of the Unram institution. Keep that good name. Whatever you do, remember that you are Ambassadors of the University of Mataram,” he said.

The Unram Professor also asked his students to continue to carve and show achievements wherever they are, maintain a good name, and prepare this to become a bridge in introducing West Nusa tenggara culture to all regions in Indonesia.
