Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) won the Best II in Financial Reports at the Accounting Unit Level of Budget User Authorization (UAKPA) in the BLU Work Unit category. The award certificate was handed over by the Head of the Mataram State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), Eko Wahyu Budi Utomo to the Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau of Unram, H. Aman, S.P., MM. on Wednesday (23/8) at the Mandalika Hall, KPPN Mataram.

KPPN Mataram provides an assessment of several aspects, such as timeliness, appearance, completion of TDK reconciliation and to do list, as well as the completeness and quality of financial reports. Of all the service offices and work units in West Nusa Tenggara that took part in the “Verification and Accounting Award 2023”. Unram managed to get the title of Best II Financial Report at the UAKPA Level in the BLU Work Unit category.

In addition, Unram also succeeded in making achievements by winning the Best II title in the BLU Work Unit category Treasurer. The award certificate was handed back by the Head of the Mataram KPPN to the Treasurer of Unram’s Routine Fund Expenditures, Nurfardiati, S.E.

“Alhamdulillah, this is something we should be grateful for because Unram won the 2nd best in financial management in the BLU Satker category in West Nusa Tenggara region and InsyaaAllah, in the following year we will strive to get Best I. Because the Head of the Mataram KPPN advised me, Unram has only one drawback, namely the CMS (Cash Management System) application from our parent bank, Bank BTN, “explained Aman as Head of Bureau Unram General and Finance.

He conveyed that the message from the Head of the Mataram KPPN was immediately followed up by Unram. His party has arranged a meeting on the same day (23/8) with Bank BTN to immediately activate the CMS application.

“In order to be able to directly connect with the KPPN, when the treasurer submits financial reports it will be directly integrated with the CMS application. Hopefully Unram’s financial management will be even better in the future, “he concluded.
