Unram Postgraduate MAP Study Program Seminar, Addressing Educational Leadership and Management in the 4.0 and 5.0 Era
Mataram, University of Mataram – Students of the Postgraduate Master of Education Administration Study Program at the University of Mataram (MAP Postgraduate Unram) along with students of the Master and Doctoral Education Management Study Program at the University of Malang (UM) held a seminar entitled “Educational Leadership and Management in the 4.0 and 5.0 Era” on Friday (1/3) at the Hall of the Faculty of Education, University of Malang (FIP UM).
This seminar is a series of Field Work Lecture (KKL) activities for Postgraduate Students of the Unram Master of Educational Administration Study Program and was attended by the Head and Secretary of the Unram Postgraduate MAP Study Program along with 14 students participating in KKL and Master and Doctoral students of the MP UM Study Program.
Prof. Dr. Bambang Budi Wiyono, M.Pd. as Head of the UM Masters and Doctoral Postgraduate Study Program in his remarks expressed his high appreciation for this seminar activity and hopes that this kind of activity can continue to be held in a better format and category and can be improved at the national level.
This seminar presented six speakers consisting of three Unram Postgraduate MAP Study Program Masters students, namely, Isman Sumawar with the material “Development of Digital-Based School Management ICT Integrated Molah Gati”; Muhammad Fachry with the material “PASUH” as a Local Wisdom-Based Educational Leadership Model to face the Disruption Era (Study of Educational Leadership in Lombok-NTB); and Samsul Fahrozi with the material “Implementation of “Kubacadah and APPS in School Library Management”, and three students of the UM MIP Masters / Doctorate Program, Paul Arjanto, a UM doctoral student with the material “Bunga Rampai” which is the result of his research that has been published in the Scopus Journal.
The other two speakers were students of UM’s Master of Education Management, Rasdiana with the material “Digital-Based Leadership and Supervision Synergy for Optimizing and Digitalizing Learning Culture and Teacher Professional Competence in the Industrial Age 4.0”; and Almaidah with the material “Technology In Education”.
The Head of the Unram Postgraduate MAP Study Program, Dr. Drs. Sudirman, M.Pd. in his remarks hoped that this seminar would be a sweet beginning for the establishment of cooperation between Unram and UM.
“In the future, hopefully this activity will be the beginning of a wonderful collaboration between the University of Mataram and the University of Malang in the future,” he concluded.
