This program is part of the university’s commitment to support entrepreneurial universities, where the campus is not only a center of education and research, but also a driver of social and economic innovation. Proposals that pass the selection will receive intensive mentoring, funding, and access to industry networks and business incubators.
In addition to strengthening students’ capacity to create independent workplaces, this activity is also expected to increase the impact of the university’s presence in the community. The involvement of students in research-based entrepreneurial projects shows the active role of the campus in building sustainable solutions, as well as enhancing the university’s reputation at the regional and national levels.
Some of the excellent proposals presented included functional food product innovations from local resources, digital applications for small and medium enterprises (UMKM), and environmentally friendly technology for waste management.
