Collaboration Between UPA BKPK Unram and Bank Danamon Successfully Hosts Virtual Campus Hiring for Future Leaders

Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram (Unram), through the Academic Support Unit for Counseling and Career Development (UPA BKPK), in collaboration with Bank Danamon Indonesia, successfully held the Danamon Virtual Campus Hiring event through Zoom Meeting. Held on June 23, 2025, the event aimed to introduce career opportunities in the banking sector while equipping Unram students and alumni to be more prepared for the job selection process.

The event took place from 3:00 to 5:00 PM WITA and was attended by participants from various majors and academic years. The session was officially opened by Unram’s Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr. Sujita, S.T., M.T., who emphasized the university’s commitment to building strategic networks and empowering students to confidently enter the workforce.

In the main session, Bank Danamon’s recruitment team Agung Berkat Saranga and Syuraya Elgi, serving as Talent Acquisition Specialists presented in detail the company profile, work culture, and opportunities to join their Management Trainee program and other career paths. They also shared practical tips for navigating the job selection process, from preparing application documents to handling interviews, helping participants gain confidence and readiness to compete.

The Q&A session was interactive and enthusiastic. Participants took the opportunity to ask questions directly about the recruitment stages and development programs at Bank Danamon, while also receiving constructive feedback to better prepare for entering the professional world.
