Mataram, University of Mataram – A total of 60 Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) Lecturers took part in the handover of the decision to appoint prospective civil servants for Lecturers in the Ministry of Education and Science and Technology at the University of Mataram (Unram) on Thursday, June 26, 2025 in the Senate Conference Room 3rd Floor, Rectorate Building.

In this event, the CPNS signed a statement letter to continue their studies as a form of commitment to improve their academic qualifications within the next 4 years. The handover of the decree was directly given by the Rector and Vice Rector II for General and Financial Affairs.

In his remarks, the Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D. emphasized the institution’s commitment in supporting the improvement of the competence of CPNS lecturers in preparation for further studies, especially overseas, within the next 4 years.

“In those 4 years we have prepared a free course specifically for lecturers at UPA. Bahasa,” said Prof. Bambang in front of the participants.

In addition to emphasizing the importance of maintaining the good name of the institution, the Rector of Unram also advised the CPNS lecturers to prioritize discipline and be sociable when performing duties and responsibilities.

“Thank you for joining the University of Mataram, welcome, congratulations on duty, take care of the good name of the place where you work, because you are the people who were chosen among hundreds of applicants at the University of Mataram. And of course let us work together to build this university,” concluded the Rector of Unram.
