Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram is currently preparing for the 2025 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB), which is scheduled to take place in early August. As in previous years, student involvement remains a key component in the implementation of this program.

This year, the PKKMB committee is involving student representatives from 30 officially recognized Student Activity Units (UKM) that hold Rector’s Decrees. These units represent a wide range of fields, including academic reasoning, sports, arts and culture, and religion.

Meanwhile, the Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Student Representative Council (DPM) are unable to participate in this year’s PKKMB activities, as their official administrative structures have not yet been established.

Nonetheless, preparations for the 2025 PKKMB have been systematically arranged. The program is scheduled to run for three days, from Monday, August 4 to Wednesday, August 6, 2025, with a rehearsal planned for Saturday, August 2, 2025.

New students are expected to prepare themselves by participating in the entire PKKMB series in a respectful and well-disciplined manner. Technical information such as dress code, list of required items, and ID card format will be announced through the official website and social media accounts of the University of Mataram. Attendance and active participation in PKKMB are mandatory as part of the academic and social adaptation process within the university environment.
