Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram (Unram) continues to strengthen its commitment to civil service governance through a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) program on completing the ASN E-Performance system. In collaboration with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), the event was held at Same Hotel Mataram on Wednesday (September 10).

In his remarks, Unram’s Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd., emphasized that organizational success is inseparable from effective human resource management. “The success of an organization greatly depends on the quality of its human resources. Strong individual performance contributes to cohesive teamwork and, in turn, enhances the overall performance of the institution,” he stated.

He further emphasized that the Employee Performance Targets (SKP) are not only about plans and results, but also about the strategies used to achieve the designated outputs. “SKP must be aligned with both work expectations and actual outcomes. It is not merely about completing forms, but about ensuring that each individual truly contributes to the advancement of the institution,” he asserted.

The technical training featured Neny Rochyany, S.Si.Apt., M.Si., Director of ASN Performance and Recognition at BKN, who delivered a presentation on Managing ASN Employee Performance. The technical session on the E-Performance application, its key features, and the procedures for completing SKP through BKN’s E-Performance platform was presented by Irdian Nova Alexcandra and Hermawan Wahidin from BKN. Participants also engaged in a hands-on simulation on SKP completion to strengthen their practical skills.

The materials presented in this training emphasized the transformation of ASN management, covering areas such as leadership strengthening, workplace culture, talent development, and a merit-based system of recognition and rewards. This policy direction is in line with the Astacita of the President and Vice President on Bureaucratic Reform, which prioritizes improving work outcomes, enhancing behavioral standards, and strengthening the public image of government institutions.

Through its collaboration with BKN, Unram aims to equip civil servants with enhanced competencies and perspectives, enabling them to become more professional, adaptive, and prepared to meet the challenges of modern governance. Ultimately, strengthening ASN performance is expected to contribute directly to the realization of Unram’s vision of becoming a leading and globally competitive university.
