Islamic High School Ulil Albaab NW Study Visit to Unram

Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram (Unram) received a study visit from Islamic High School Ulil Albaab NW, East Lombok. The event was held at the Auditorium of Dr. Yunita Sabrina, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) Unram on Monday (24/11). The visit was warmly welcomed by the Bureau Head of Academic and Student Affairs, Dwi Suswanto, S.Kom., M.M.
In his speech, the Bureau Head expressed his appreciation to the teachers and students of Ulil Albaab NW Islamic High School for coming. He gave a brief introduction to the history of Unram and the development of the institution, which currently has 9 faculties and 78 study programmes, with most of the study programmes accredited as Excellent and some having achieved international accreditation.
The Principal of Islamic High School Ulil Albaab NW, H. L. Budi Karyawan, M.Pd., expressed his gratitude and thanks for the warm welcome from Unram. He explained that their school is located in a fairly remote area, near the Rinjani National Park, but remains committed to producing a generation with a broad outlook.
“We come from a place that may not be well known to many people, but today’s visit was greeted with a very friendly atmosphere. This is an intellectual journey for our children, a valuable experience that allows them to see the world from a different perspective,” he said.
The visit continued with a presentation on Unram’s profile, an introduction to academic facilities, a Q&A session, and a campus tour. Through this activity, it is hoped that the students of Islamic High School Ulil Albaab NW can gain motivation and a clearer picture of life in higher education.
