Unram Holds Dean–Rector Performance Agreement Signing and Quarterly KPI Evaluation to Strengthen Governance

Mataram, University of Mataram — The University of Mataram (Unram) held the signing ceremony of the Performance Agreement between the Deans and the Rector, along with the Quarterly Evaluation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Achievements across the university on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Prime Park Hotel. The event forms part of the university’s collective commitment to strengthening effective, accountable, and results-oriented governance.
In his remarks, the Rector of Unram, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd., emphasized that Unram must establish itself as an institution capable of serving as a problem solver for the various challenges faced by society, particularly in the field of education.
“Unram must be a problem solver. Unram must bring real benefits to society,” he asserted.
Prof. Sukardi stressed that all university programs, particularly in education, must focus on outcomes, with planning centered on experiential learning and research directed toward practical application within communities. In this regard, university leaders are also expected to continuously monitor the performance of their respective teams.
“We are currently developing a daily employee log system based on each staff member’s specific duties and functions, which will be verified factually. This reflects our shared commitment to maintaining and advancing Unram through collaboration. If there are any concerns, please communicate them,” he added.
As part of its efforts to further strengthen governance, Unram also plans to hold regular management review meetings between the Rector and the Deans. These meetings will serve as a strategic forum to discuss various important issues related to university management and institutional governance.
