Overview
The Architecture Study Program (PSA) has a specificity and uniqueness which is different from other Architecture Study Programs (PSA) in Indonesia. Its vision is to be “excellent, professional, local wisdom-based, environmentally sound, and disaster-responsive study programs to support tourism industry and development sectors”. After completing the study at the Architecture Study Program (PSA), graduates are expected to be able to advance tourism sectors by prioritizing the local wisdoms through adequate design skills and the mastery of architectural knowledge.
The main objective of the Architecture Study Program is to professionally produce highly competent graduates who can make a real contribution in today’s era of rapid technological development.
Achievement
The students’ achievement since establishment of this study program in 2020 until now (2023) in the academic and non-academic fields are:
- The 1st place in the regional level Civil Zone -2020 villa design competition;
- Top 10 the 2023 Boarding House Design Competition organized by Sugijapranata Catholic University Semarang.
- The 1st place in Taekwondo at the national level.
- The 1st place in Kempo at the national level.
Partnership
The Architecture Study Program has also collaborated in the academic field both with domestic universities (UNDIP, UII, UNHAS, UPY, UPI, and UDAYANA) and overseas university, namely, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). It also has collaborated with the NGO Caritra (Yogyakarta), vendors, professional associations (IAI NTB) and local government agencies.
