BTN Branch in Mataram Hands Over Water Refill Station to Unram

Mataram, University of Mataram – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) of Mataram Branch handed over Water Refill Station to University of Mataram (Unram).
This is a form of commitment to BTN’s new vision, Primary Partner in the Financial Empowerment of Indonesian Families and a form of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL).
The handover ceremony was conducted by the Head of BTN Mataram Branch Alem Wijaya and Head of the Regional Office (Kanwil) of BTN East Java Bali Nusa Tenggara Carly Tambunan.
It was handed over to the Rector of Unram, Prof. Bambang Hari Kusumo, and attended by the Unram board of leaders.
This initiative is also in line with BTN and Unram’s efforts to support the Go Green movement, environmentally friendly, plastic waste reduction in educational areas.
This water refill station is also expected to provide easy access to clean and healthy drinking water for the entire academic community of the University of Mataram, including students, lecturers, and employees.
Head of the Regional Office (Kanwil) BTN East Java Bali Nusa Tenggara Carly Tambunan said that BTN is pleased to be able to participate in supporting Unram in the Go Green movement, environmentally friendly through this TJSL program.
“We believe that access to clean drinking water is an important need, and we hope this facility can provide convenience and benefits for the entire academic community,” he said.
Unram Rector Prof. Bambang Hari Kusumo expressed his appreciation. He welcomed the initiative given by BTN Branch in Mataram.
“This water refill station will be very beneficial for students and all campus residents, and supports Unram’s efforts in the Go Green campus movement which is environmentally friendly and sustainable,” he said.
BTN and Unram are committed to synergizing and continuing cooperation and making a positive contribution to the advancement of education in NTB.
