Recredentialing and Review of Fulfillment of BPJS Health Commitments

Mataram, University of Mataram – The recredentialing activity and review of the fulfillment of BPJS Health commitments at the Hospital of the University of Mataram (Unram Hospital) took place on Monday, July 1, 2022 at the Unram Hospital Director’s Room.

The event was attended by the Rector of Unram as well as the Board of Trustees of Unram Hospital, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D.; accompanied by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd.; PPK Unram Hospital; Head of BPJS Health, Agung Utama Muchlis; Secretary of PERSI NTB, dr. Tris Cahyoso, MARS.; Head of the Health Office of the City of Mataram, dr. H. Emirald Isfihan, MARS., MH., CMC., FISQua.; together with Unram Hospital Management.

The activity was opened by the Director of Unram Hospital, Dr. dr. Lina Nurbaiti, M.Kes., FISPH, FISCM, who expressed her gratitude to all guests who attended the recredentialing and review agenda of Unram Hospital. In his remarks, the Director of Unram Hospital conveyed the importance of this activity to ensure that Unram Hospital meets the established standards.

Furthermore, the Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D. in his speech emphasized the commitment to support all activities of Unram Hospital to ensure that it complies with the standards of Type C Hospital Regulations. Full fulfillment of infrastructure facilities will also be maximally supported to meet the satisfaction of patients and the general public who use health facilities at Unram Hospital.

The Rector also emphasized the importance of service to the community with the message, “Don’t look at Unram, look at the people of the City of Mataram. Don’t look at the hospital, but look at the people served by Unram Hospital.”

The Head of BPJS Health, Secretary of PERSI NTB, and Head of Mataram City Office in their remarks also conveyed that this recredentialing activity was aimed at advancing Unram Hospital to run in accordance with the latest government regulations.

The last activity is a field exploration, which begins with the presentation of material on the commitment to fulfill BPJS Health by the Director of Unram Hospital. Starting from the absolute completeness of operational documents, the fulfillment of the number of patient beds, the criteria for rooms according to the Permenkes RS, to the flow of services and access to emergency and inpatient patients, and field searches are conducted to adjust Unram Hospital’s operational documents to match the conditions in the field when the team conducts inspections in Unram Hospital units.

The final session of the activity was closed with the BPJS conclusion regarding the fulfillment commitment that had been carried out by Unram Hospital.
