RS Unram, DWP, and Sakinah Fest Present Exclusive Dauroh on Fostering Family Harmony

Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram Teaching Hospital (RS Unram), in partnership with the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP Unram) and Sakinah Fest, hosted an Exclusive One-Day Dauroh at the Unram Dome on Saturday (10/8). Centered on the theme “Addressing the Challenges of Family Life”, the program featured distinguished speakers Ustadz Oemar Mita, Lc., and Pujiarohman, M.Psi., a psychologist and lecture at Unram.
The event was divided into two main sessions. The first session, “Mind, Body, and Soul”, explored practical guidance on strengthening emotional resilience, reinforcing the role of the family, and fostering healthy communication within the household. The second session, “Letting You Go for the Last Time”, offered a profound reflection on the meaning of life and death, emphasizing the importance of making the most of one’s lifetime through acts of goodness.
Head of DWP Unram, Ny. Agustin Rahmawati Bambang Hari Kusumo, expressed her honor in hosting the event. She noted that the collaboration between DWP, RS Unram, FKIK Unram, and Sakinah Fest marks an important step in addressing the increasingly complex challenges faced by families today. She expressed her hope that the knowledge gained by participants would not remain merely as notes, but be applied to strengthen themselves and their families both physically and spiritually in order to help build a resilient society and nation.
Meanwhile, Hj. Waridah Mujiburrahman emphasized the importance of continuously deepening one’s understanding of religious teachings and preserving family harmony. “The knowledge we have gained today, God willing, will bring great benefits. Through this dauroh, let us strengthen the bonds within our families,” she stated. The event was met with enthusiasm from participants of various backgrounds, who expressed their hopes to put the values learned into practice in order to build healthy, harmonious, and blessed families.
