Mataram, University of Mataram – On Friday, January 24, 2025, the University of Mataram (Unram) received a visit from 25 students of SMAIT Cahya Bangsa. This visit aims to introduce Unram to 12th grade students who are preparing to continue their education to the university level.

The activity began with an introduction session to Unram delivered by the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, Dwi Suswanto, S.Kom., M.M.. In his presentation, he explained various things related to Unram’s entry points, faculties and study programs available, supporting facilities, and student capacity.

Dwi Suswanto also advised the students, who would later become prospective students, to utilize the learning time as well as possible when they have been accepted in university later.

“ Utilize your study time as good as possible so that you can graduate with maximum results. Do not waste precious time,” said Dwi.

He also emphasized the importance for prospective students to try to pass through national paths, such as SNBP or SNBT, to increase their chances of being accepted at Unram.

After the introduction session, the students were invited to tour the Unram campus. They visited various faculties and study programs to see firsthand the facilities available. The students seemed enthusiastic to observe more about the study program of their choice, including extracurricular and academic support facilities.

This visit is expected to give the students a clear picture of life in higher education, as well as motivate them to prepare themselves more carefully in continuing their education to the higher level.
