The Importance of Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange, Faculty of Engineering with SNU Held World Innovation Network of Intelligence Transformation

Mataram, University of Mataram – Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram in collaboration with Seoul National University (SNU) held the World Innovation Network of Intelligence Transformation (WINIT) 2024. This WINIT 2024 activity will be held from February 2 to February 7, 2024.

One of the series of these activities is the Pitching Day Workshop which will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 at the Faculty of Engineering Hall. This activity was attended by the Vice Rector for Cooperation and Information Systems, Prof. Akmaluddin, ST., M.Sc. (Eng)., Ph.D., Lecturers, and Students from both Mataram University and Seoul National University.

Representing the Rector of Unram, Prof. Akamaluddin conveyed the importance of collaboration and knowledge exchange. He said that “It’s important to recognize the importance of collaboration and knowledge exchange. That’s why this workshop is a prime example of how collaboration between institutions can deliver impactful results, and I encourage all faculty members to start this event as a model for organizing similar opportunities for future collaboration.”

In addition, Vice Rector of Unram also encourages all parties to remain proactive in pursuing collaboration and initiatives that support the development of accreditation status, as well as increasing internationalization.

“Our collaboration should not be limited to one department or faculty. I believe that there are many opportunities for other collaborations across different disciplines and faculties with each offering unique insights and perspectives,” continued Prof. Akmal.

After opening remarks by the Vice Rector for Cooperation and Information Systems, Prof. Akmaluddin, ST., M.Sc. (Eng)., Ph.D., the event continued with the presentation of material where this activity has 6 speakers that would deliver different materials.

It is hoped that the material has presented can provide new understanding which is certainly useful for teaching staff and students who also attendedĀ thisĀ event.
