Mataram, University of Mataram – The Business Management Agency (BPU) and the Jambi University Clinical Team (Unja) conducted a Comparative Study to the Business Management Agency of the University of Mataram (BPU Unram) on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. The Unja delegation was received directly by the Vice Chancellor for General and Finance, Prof. Dr. Kurniawan, SH., M. Hum, representing the Chancellor in the Rector’s Meeting room.

In the Work Study, Prof. Kurniawan said it was related to the development of health services at the University of Mataram. “Besides the clinic, we also have a hospital that has just been accredited at the plenary session. The support from the rector is extraordinary for hospitals and clinics,” he explained.

Attiya hopes to get a lot of knowledge and good strategies from this work study conducted at Unram, “We hope to adopt the principles of management and management of the Unram Clinic also related to recruitment and others,” said the lecturer at the Jambi Province Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Head of BPU Unram, Dr. Ir. H. Syamsul Hadi, MS. in his opportunity to explain many things related to the BPU itself. “BPU Unram has been established for a long time, our business fields other than health are services and production,” he explained.

In the Work Study activities carried out by the two universities, representatives from each clinic were also present. dr. Bayu Tirta Dirja as chairman of the Unram Clinic explained the activities and performance strategies of the Unram Clinic team, including those related to policy directions. “Unram Clinic’s policy direction is one of health financing that puts the concept of “gotong royong” forward,” explained dr. Tirta.

In this work study conducted by Unja and Unram, there were many discussions related to strategy, management principles, clinical management, and employee recruitment. So that this can bring benefits between the two University BPUs.
