Mataram, Universitas Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) Archives Unit hold the Selection for the Best Archive Processing Unit and the Selection for the Best Archive Administrator/Archivist at the University of Mataram Level in 2023.

Based on the Official Report Number: 15562/UN18.2/TA.02.01/2023 and Number: 15563/UN18.2/TA.02.01/2023, and Announcement Number: 15564/UN18.2/TA.02.01/2023 regarding the Winner of the Best Archive Processing Unit at the University of Mataram Level in 2023, and Announcement Number: 15565/ UN18.2/TA.02.01/2023 regarding the Winner of the Best Archive Administrator/Archivist at the University of Mataram Level in 2023, Unram announced the winners of the best archive processing unit and archive administrator/archivist.

The category the Best Archive Processing Unit at the Unram Level in 2023, as follows; Processing Unit of the Education Personnel Subdivision from Unram’s Work Unit of the Staff Affairs Division as the 1st place winner, Processing Unit of the Undergraduate Accounting Study Program from the Unram Faculty of Economics and Business as the 2nd place winner, and Processing Unit of the Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program from the Unram Faculty of Engineering Work Unit as the 3rd place winner.

Furthermore, in the category of Best Archive Administrator/Archivist Selection at Unram Level in 2023, the winners are; Munasah, S.Adm. from the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program Work Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unram as 1st place, Baiq Nidiawahyunita Azna, S.TP. from the Unram Business Management Agency (BPU) Work Unit as 2nd place, and Hermansyah, A.Md., S.I. from the Unram Education Staffing Subdivision Work Unit as 3rd place.

University of Mataram Archives Unit itself is a Supporting Unit in charge of conducting archive management, positioned under the Rector, and in the implementation of its duties and authority is under the coordination of the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance of Unram.
