Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram (Unram) once again held the prestigious Unram Awards 2025, an annual event recognizing individuals, units, and groups within the academic community who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, performance, and achievements in enhancing the university’s reputation. The event took place at the M. Yusuf Abu Bakar Auditorium on Saturday (December 13), in a solemn yet warm atmosphere filled with a strong spirit of togetherness.

The ceremony was attended by the Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., along with the Chair and members of the University Senate, Vice Rectors, Heads of Bureaus, the Chair of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Unram, Heads of Institutions, Deans, Directors, Heads of Administrative Service Units (UPA), Professors, and representatives of student organizations within Unram.

In his remarks, the Rector emphasized that the Unram Awards is not merely a ceremonial event, but a platform to encourage healthy competition in excellence and good deeds, motivating all elements of the university to continuously improve quality and make tangible contributions to the institution.

“Unram Awards is a forum for competing in goodness and achievement—fastabiqul khairat, or striving together in doing good,” the Rector stated.

At Unram Awards 2025, a total of 126 awards were presented to outstanding individuals and units across four main categories:
1. Academic Affairs
2. Finance and General Affairs
3. Student Affairs
4. Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems

Unram Awards 2025 stands as a concrete manifestation of Unram’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation, excellence, and positive competition within the academic community.
