Unram Hospital Routinely Holds “Healthy Friday” Programme to Improve Health Services

Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram Hospital (RS Unram) held a Healthy Friday activity which took place in the lobby of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Unram on Friday, 9 August 2024. The programme, which is routinely held every Friday, is one of the strategic initiatives of Unram Hospital.

Unram is a home for the academic community, in which Unram Hospital plays an important role. With the support of all elements in Unram, it is hoped that the potential synergy in Unram Hospital can continue to be improved. In addition, this activity is expected to make Unram Hospital better and superior in providing optimal health services to the Unram academic community, as well as the people of Mataram and NTB.

This activity aims to provide information about the presence of Unram Hospital during renovations in the Joint Lecture Building (GKB), as well as introduce various Unram Hospital services to the academic community of FKIP Unram. This information was conveyed through Unram’s social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. In addition, this activity also includes health screening for the academic community at FKIP Unram, including blood pressure measurement and simple laboratory tests such as blood sugar and cholesterol.

This activity was attended by Vice Deans, lecturers, staff, and FKIP student associations who were very supportive and enthusiastic about participating in the activity which began at 07.00 am with healthy gymnastics at the FKIP Unram field.

Dr. Saprizal Hadisaputra, M.Sc., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FKIP Unram, expressed his pride and gratitude for the “Healthy Friday with University of Mataram Hospital” programme.

“We would like to thank the Director and all staff of University of Mataram Hospital. We really appreciate this free health check programme. This activity is a very positive and useful initiative for staff at FKIP University of Mataram and a real contribution of University of Mataram Hospital for a better future of University of Mataram,” he said enthusiastically.
