Mataram, University of Mataram – On Monday, January 6, 2025, University of Mataram (Unram) officially inaugurated Baiq Megawati, S.Adm., and Yurika Desiany, S.E., M.Ak., in the Functional Position of Junior Expert State Budget Financial Management Analyst. The inauguration procession took place in the Main Conference Room, Unram Rectorate and was led directly by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs of Unram, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd.

In his speech, Prof. Sukardi expressed his gratitude for the mandate. The Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs reminded the importance of working professionally in providing the best service. “In all conditions, keep working professionally. Our duty is to serve,” he said.

Prof. Sukardi also emphasized the importance of continuous learning to improve competencies. “Never be satisfied with your abilities. Keep learning through education, training, or taking lessons from the experiences and examples of others,” he said.

In addition, Prof. Sukardi underlined that integrity and commitment are the keys to success in fulfilling duties. “No matter how great our abilities are, without commitment everything will not go well,” said Prof. Sukardi.

In closing, Prof. Sukardi emphasized the three main things that every individual must have are intellectual abilities, physical skills, and spiritual intelligence. All three, according to Prof. Sukardi, must go hand in hand in order to face job challenges holistically.

This inauguration is expected to be an important step for Unram in improving the quality of financial governance, supported by competent and integrity human resources.
