Unram Officially Appoints 43 Lecturers and Permanent BLU Non-Civil Servant Employees

Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) has once again strengthened its human resource structure through the handover of Decree Letters (SK) to Lecturers and Permanent Employees of the Public Service Agency (BLU) who are Non-Civil Servants (PNS) within Unram. The event took place on Thursday (26/6) in the Senate Meeting Room of the Rectorate and was attended by the Rector of Unram and the recipients of the SK.
A total of 43 lecturers and educational staff officially received SKs as part of the appointment of permanent BLU Non-PNS staff at Unram for the year 2025. The handover was conducted symbolically as a form of recognition for their acceptance to support the operational and development of the institution in the future.
The Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., was represented on this occasion by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd. In his remarks, he expressed great hopes for the contributions of the newly appointed staff.
“All of you are joining Unram during its golden age, as Unram has achieved Excellent status. Please pray that we can move forward even better,” he said.
Prof. Sukardi also urged the staff to immediately register in Unram’s academic information system and participate in the orientation and training process specifically designed for permanent BLU staff.
“What is most important is loyalty in building Unram’s future. Loyalty and a spirit of unity are the foundation for us to continue growing as a strong and independent higher education institution,” he added.
He concluded his remarks by welcoming the lecturers and educational staff who have officially joined. “Welcome to our BLU colleagues. May this step mark the beginning of the best contributions for Unram,” he concluded.
With the handover of this SK, Unram further demonstrates its commitment to strengthening governance and human resources toward becoming a high-quality and competitive higher education institution at the national and global levels.
