Unram Students Represent Indonesia at the World Young Scientists Competition in Russia

Mataram, University of Mataram – Lalu Al Muhajir, a Management student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), had the opportunity to represent Indonesia at the III OIC Youth Scientific Congress organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, on October 1-4, 2025. The congress aims to create an international dialogue platform among young scientists, researchers, and innovators from member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Russian Federation.
The congress was held with the support of the Youth Diplomacy Academy, Kazan Federal University, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the OIC Standing Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH), the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), and the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund. A total of 100 young scientists, students, researchers, and innovators were selected from thousands of applications to participate, comprising representatives from various OIC member countries and the Russian Federation.
For four days, participants from various countries engaged in scientific discussions covering a wide range of fields, such as biomedicine and biotechnology, international relations and international law, educational technology, architecture, design, art, geology, and oil and gas technology.
This opportunity provided a platform for sharing experiences and building collaboration among young scientists from various countries, with the goal of strengthening global scientific relations.
