Vice Regent Dompu Welcomed Mataram University Students for Community Cervice Program
Mataram, Mataram University– The attendance of Mataram University students for Thematic Community Service Progra was warmly welcomed by the Regional Government in Dompu. The attendance of the students was officially welcomed by the Vice Regent of Dompu and his staff on Wednesday (21/6) at the Hall of the Regent Hall of Dompu.
The departure of the students was accompanied by Dr. Ir. Misbahuddin, ST., MT, IPU., as the Coordinator of Community Service Program, Institute for Research and Community Service Cooperation and the team.
The Vice Regent, H. Syahrul Parsan, ST., MT., the Regent’s Expert Staff, Assistants, OPD Heads, Head of Setda, Sub-districts, and other important elements were also attand this agenda.
In his speach, the Vice Regent, H. Syahrul Parsan welcomed the supervisors and all students of Thematic Community Service Program Mataram University.
“On behalf of myself and the local government, I would like to extend my welcome to the all supervisor and the students of thematic Community Service Program in Dompu Regency,” he said.
There is a special pride for us because we gain the trust by Mataram University by placing its students to carry out the Community Service Program in this area, he added.
According to the vice regent, H. Syahrul Parsan said that in carrying out Community Service Program, students can contribute to providing ideas or ideas needed for the progress of development in Dompu.
Furthermore, the vice regent of Dompu explained that previously the Dompu Regency Government had collaborated with the Center for Sustainable Farm Systems (CESFRAMS) Expert Team of Mataram University for the development of the Jarapasaka program.
The contribution of Mataram University students to carry out Thematic Community Service Program will greatly help realize the cooperation that has been prepared to help the community to identify problems related to the jarapasaka program and provide examples, so that the program can be productive both in quality and quantity.
“The implementation of Thematic Community Service Program is one of the steps to accelerate Jarapasaka’s flagship program to encourage the realization of the Dompu Mashur Vision contained in the 2021-2026 RPJMD of Dompu Regency,” he said.
At the end of his speech, vice regent asked the sub-districts, cadets and sub-districts to prepare everything related to the implementation of Thematic Community Service Program.
“To the OPD Leaders, Sub-districts, chif of villages and to all students of Thematic Community Service Program to provide their support, so that Community Service Program activities can run as what we expected,” he concluded.
