Workshop on the Development of LPPM Unram’s Service Master Plan 2025-2029: Commitment to Impactful Campus Towards Golden Indonesia

Mataram, University of Mataram – The Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of the University of Mataram (Unram) held a Workshop on the Development of a Master Plan for Community Service (RIPkM) as part of a strategic step to support the commitment of “ An Impactful Campus” and support the achievement of Asta Cita towards Golden Indonesia 2045. This activity was held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 in the LPPM Main Conference Room.
On this occasion, Acting. Head of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukartono, M.Agr. accompanied by Secretary of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gusti Putu Muliarta Aryana, MP.; Head of Committee, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Sudika, MS.; Head of Service Center, Dr. Ni Wayan Sri Suliartini, SP., MP.; Head of General Subdivision, Roni Paslan, S.Adm.; and lecturers and researchers in Unram who are members of the RIPkM composing committee.
Starting this activity, the Head of the Committee, Prof. I Wayan Sudika reported, “Praise our gratitude, the development of the University of Mataram RIPkM document has entered the final stage. The entire team has worked collaboratively and intensively to compile a document that is in line with the national vision and the vision of the University of Mataram which is superior and globally competitive. We hope that this RIPkM document can be completed and finalized today in line with the set target.”
The event was officially opened by the Head of LPPM, Prof. Sukartono, who in his speech emphasized the importance of synergy between the tri dharma of higher education and the direction of national development.
“Universities are not only centers of knowledge, but also agents of social change. The preparation of this service master plan is an important milestone so that every step of service that lecturers and students take has a real, measurable, and sustainable impact on society,” said Prof. Sukartono.
Prof. Sukartono also added that the preparation of this Service Master Plan will integrate national and regional strategic issues, with a focus on community empowerment, strengthening food security, environmental preservation, and digital transformation in NTB and surrounding areas.
“Through this master document, the direction of policies and lecturer service programs will be more focused, impactful, consistent, and in line with the Asta Cita, especially the vision of the University of Mataram,” he explained.
This activity was closed with a focus group discussion (FGD) session to absorb aspirations and input from all participants. The master plan will serve as a reference for the implementation of Unram’s service program in the intermediate and long term. With a collaborative and transformative spirit, Unram continues to be committed to be part of the solution for the nation – from campus, for the community, towards Golden Indonesia.
