    Unram Rector’s Inaugural Address Stresses Bureaucratic Transformation

    Mataram, University of Mataram — On Monday, April 6, 2026, the University of Mataram (Unram) held its monthly flag ceremony with the academic community at the Unram Rectorate field. The event was attended by the university’s leadership, faculty representatives, institutional heads, lecturers, and staff across Unram. Serving as the inspector of the ceremony, the 11th Rector of Unram, Prof. Dr. Sukardi, M.Pd., in his inaugural address underscored the importance of bureaucratic transformation within higher education, towards a system that is simpler, more responsive, and service‑oriented.
