Rector of Unram Inaugurated Chairman and Secretary of LPMPP Unram inter-time period 2019-2023
Mataram, Universitas Mataram – Rector of Universitas Mataram (Unram), Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D. inaugurated 2 new officials as Chairman and Secretary of the Unram Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development (LPMPP) for the inter-time period 2019-2023 in the Senate Meeting Room, Rectorate of Unram on Friday (30/9).
Accompanied by the clergyman, Prof. Dr. Nasmi Herlina Sari, S.T., M.T. was inaugurated as the Chairman of LPMPP Unram and Dr. Aliefman Hakim, S.Si., M.Si. was inaugurated as Secretary of LPMPP Unram. The inauguration ceremony was coupled with the reading of the Decree of the Rector of Unram, the taking of the oath of office, and the signing of the minutes of the oath of office taking.
Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D. in his speech said that the task at LPMPP is quite difficult because next year Unram will reaccreditation of higher education institutions.
“Soon we will do reaccreditation around April. We must include all the requirements needed for reaccreditation. In approximately 7 months, all of this must be completed,” said Prof. Bambang.
The Professor of the Faculty of Agriculture, Unram, also hopes that with the joint role of leaders and the academic community, Unram will be able to achieve superior reaccreditation scores. Prof. Bambang also said that currently Unram is fighting for 14 study programs to get international accreditation, and is working on other study programs to get superior accreditation.
The Rector of Unram advised the Chairman and Secretary of LPMPP Unram who had been inaugurated to improve the structure of the institution for the better and could even add several LPMPP coordinators if it was deemed necessary to develop the institution. He also emphasized immediately forming a reaccreditation acceleration team to prepare Unram to carry out reaccreditation next year.
The inauguration ceremony ended with congratulations from the Rector of Unram and the leadership and invitees who attended.
