Get to know Uno, the Best Graduate of Mataram University Undergraduate Program
Mataram, Mataram University – The graduation of Mataram University for period of June has graduated 1,474 students. The event took place at the M. Yusuf Abubakar Auditorium for two days on Wednesday (21/6) and Thursday (22/6).
The best graduate of Mataram Univerisity Undergraduate Program is Pramudya Eko Niti Taruno, S.Kom. or commonly called Uno. Uno expressed his pride and gratitude for his achievements as the best graduate. He earned a GPA of 3.95 with Cumlaude predicate.
“However, behind the pride I also feel a great responsibility. I realize that the best graduate degree brings high expectations and expectations from others, including from the community and family,” said Uno.
During in University, there are two main things that Uno did to give his best in every learning process these are learning actively and discussing with colleagues. He also has other activities outside campus, including being a member of student organizations, village youth organizations, participating in IT bootcamps, competitions and contributing to social projects.
“To divide my time between education and other activities, I have a structured approach. I always write the activities I will run in a calendar with specific hours and activity details. Using an organized calendar, I can clearly see the free time available for rest and the time I can use for activities outside of education. This helps me avoid overlapping inefficient schedules and ensures that I can give the right focus to each activity,” Uno explains.
The graduate student of the Informatics Engineering Study Program shared his tips and tricks in how to get Cumlaude predicate. He mentioned how to orgrnize the time, such as making a structured and consistent study schedule by arranging time for study, rest, and healing. So that, they do not wasting time for unimportant thing and they can utilize their time more effectively.
“Don’t hesitate to communicate with classmates and lecturers if you have any difficulties in understanding the material or have questions. Do discuss and share knowledge with colleagues, and ask for additional help or explanation from lecturers,” he added.
In the future, Uno aspires to be directly involved as a programmer or professional worker in the technology industry because he has great enthusiasm in developing skills and knowledge in the technology field.
Despite this, Uno also aspires to continue his studies to the master’s level because for him, academic self-development is an important step to continue to expand his understanding in the field of technology and gain deeper insights.
“Let’s keep going, even though sometimes we feel tired and have to stop for a while to gather energy again. The journey must continue. Wherever it ends, it will be a story,” Uno told all of Mataram University students.
