Mataram, the University of Mataram – the Faculty of Medicine UNRAM hosted the Regional V Association of Indonesian Medical Education Institutions (AIPKI) Dean’s Forum Meeting in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The activity took place on Friday (1/9) at the Golden Palace Hotel.

The participants in the Dean’s Forum Meeting consisted of Deans and administrators of Medical Faculties in East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. There were 19 institutions consisting of 13 institutions in East Java, 3 in Bali, 2 in West Nusa Tenggara and 1 in East Nusa Tenggara.

In this activity there were three agendas were held, namely the AIPKI Region V management meeting, the dean’s forum meeting, and community service that carried out by all AIPKI Region V. The management meeting and dean’s forum meeting held at the Golden Palace Hotel, while the service held at Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency on Saturday (2/9).

This Dean’s Forum meeting was opened by the Rector of University of Mataram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D.; the Head of PP AIPKI, Prof. Dr. dr. Budi Santoso, Sp.OG(K).; Head of AIPKI Region V, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yuenewati, Sp.Rad(K).; and the Dean of FK Unram, Prof. Dr. dr. Hamsu Kadriyan, Sp.THT-KL(K)., M.Kes. who is also the Secretary of AIPKI Region V.
