Mataram, the University of Mataram – UPT. Archives at the University of Mataram (Unram) held the 3rd Workshop on Basics of Archives within the Rectorate, UPT and Institutions at Unram. This activity will last for 3 (three) days starting 3-5 October 2023 at the Unram Library.

This workshop was attended by the Head of Unram’s General and Financial Bureau, Head of Unram’s Archives UPT, Rectorate Coordinator and Sub-Coordinator, UPT, Representatives of SPI, BPU, Institutions within Unram, and Hospitals.

H. Aman, S.P., M.M. as Head of the Unram General and Financial Bureau in his speech explained that this workshop was one of UPT’s efforts. Archives in developing or providing management that applies nationally.

“We hope that all participants who attend can follow this workshop carefully until it is finished and can implement the knowledge they have gained,” he said.

We hope that all participants will be able to implement both attitudes, how to write a letter, creating a letter, saving a letter until later they find the letter they are looking for. “We want the archives in all units to be well organized,” he stressed.

This workshop was the 3rd batch, where the knowledge and work attitudes of archive managers will be further honed in order to better understand the duties and functions of archive managers themselves.

This activity lasts for 3 (three) days with the first day delivering material and practice, the 2nd and 3rd days filled with mentoring at the respective work units.
