Four Clusters of Unram Study Programs Participate in ASIIN Accreditation Document Preparation Workshop

Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram’s Accreditation Acceleration Unit (Unram) held a Workshop on the Preparation of ASIIN International Accreditation Support Documents for the Postgraduate, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, and Faculty of Food Technology and Agroindustry (Fatepa) clusters on Thursday (20/11), at the Unram Senate Meeting Room.

This two-day event was part of efforts to accelerate internationalisation and strengthen academic quality at Unram. The workshop was attended by study programme managers and form drafting teams from the four study programme clusters.

The Head of the Unram Accreditation Acceleration Team, Dr. Nurhidayati, M.Kes., said that international accreditation is a strategic step in meeting institutional performance indicators, especially after the adjustment of national accreditation instruments.

“This international accreditation not only strengthens quality recognition at the global level, but can also be converted to support national accreditation achievements. The challenges are indeed not few, ranging from the composition of human resources, the readiness of international standard facilities, to the evaluation of learning outcomes which are the main focus of ASIIN,” she said.

Through this workshop, participants received technical guidance from Prof. Dr. Ir. Mustofa Lutfi, MP, regarding the preparation of appendices, mapping learning outcomes, and aligning the curriculum based on outcome-based education (OBE). This workshop also supports the integration of the latest Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, which encourages increased student mobility and strengthened international collaboration.
