The purpose of this activity is first, to socialize tiered training and RPL, second to encourage the role of universities in supporting the improvement of qualifications and competence of pre-school teachers, especially those in NTB, third to encourage the role of district / city education offices so that there are efforts to improve the qualifications and competence of pre-school teachers in their respective regions. In addition, responding to issues related to climate and environmental crises, Vice Rector I Prof. Dr. Sitti Hilyana, M.Si in her speech emphasized that waste management can be instilled from basic education and pre-school.

” The waste issue is a very serious problem, a lot of parents do not realize how important it is to protect natural resources. Environmental damage occurs because they do not understand the meaning of an environment that maintains as a buffer for human life. Therefore, the simple thing is how waste management should start from basic education and pre-school because based on an old Irish proverb if we learn from childhood it is like we write on stone and if we learn when we grow up it is like learning on water which means that education given in early childhood will stick to the mind of a child until they are adults,” she said.

Through this activity is expected to be a step to customize the achievement of educational goals that are so broad and can be useful in improving the qualifications and competence of pre-school teachers, especially in NTB Province
