Signing of Research and Community Service Contracts: Commitment to Innovative Solutions for the Nation

Mataram, University of Mataram – The Research and Community Service Institute of the University of Mataram (LPPM Unram) held a contract signing activity for research and community service for national competitive funds. This activity took place in the Main Session room of LPPM Unram on Thursday, July 18, 2024.

 

On this occasion, the Head of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukartono, M.Agr. was present; accompanied by the Secretary of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gusti Putu Muliarta Aryana, MP.; Head of Research Center, Prof. Ir. Buan Anshari, S.T., M.Sc. (Eng)., Ph.D.; and Head of General Subdivision, Roni Paslan, S.Adm.

 

In his speech, Prof. Sukartono gave high appreciation to all parties who had contributed to the preparation and implementation of these research and community service projects. He expressed his hope that the projects can run smoothly and provide beneficial results for society and the development of science in Indonesia.

 

“We are very proud of this achievement and believe that every approved research and community service proposal will make a positive contribution to society and the advancement of research in Indonesia. The signing of this contract is not just a formality, but it is our commitment to do our best in every research and service carried out,” said Prof. Sukartono.

 

Prof. Sukartono also emphasized the importance of collaboration between universities, government, and society in the success of research and service. He hopes that the synergy can encourage the development of innovative solutions to various problems in society.

 

Furthermore, he revealed that LPPM Unram will continue to strive to improve the quality of research and community service through various initiatives and programs that are relevant to the needs of society and the development of science.

 

In addition, Prof. Sukartono also expressed his hope that researchers and community service implementers can make the best use of this opportunity. “We must ensure that every step taken really has a positive and real impact on society and the environment around us,” he added.

 

The contract signing ceremony was also colored by discussions about work plans and strategies for implementing proposed research and community service activities. The participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss various aspects related to the implementation of research and community service projects.
