Mataram, Universitas Mataram – Counseling and Career Development Universitas Mataram (BKPK) Unram provided Career Preparation Training to Unram students with the theme “The Role of Peers in Preparing for Careers.” The training was held at the Unram Dome on Sunday, November 13, 2022.

The activity was filled by competent speakers in their fields, namely Pujiarohman, M.Psi. as the Head of UPT. BKPK Unram; M. Basufi Rahman as Human Resources Development, PT. Krida Dynamics Autonusa; Yusuf Sadeli as Branch Manager of Bank BTN Mataram Branch Office; and Henny ‘Catering’ as an entrepreneur.

The implementation of the career preparation training attracted the enthusiasm of students, especially those who were about to enter the world of work. The training is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for students before they enter the world of work.

The Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni of Unram, Prof. Dr. Ir. Enny Yuliani, M.Si. hopes that through the provision of material and experiences from the speakers, it can motivate, inspire, and add insight to the Unram students who attend. He also added that, along with the times, technology and science also continue to develop. So the students also have to keep up with the times.

“Whoever does not follow the development will definitely be left behind,” concluded Prof. Enny at the end of his speech.
