The Faculty of Law Unram Collaborates with the NTB High Court

Mataram, the Faculty of Law – Faculty of Law, University of Mataram (FH Unram) established cooperation with the High Court of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) which was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday (4/10).

The signing of the cooperation agreement with the NTB High Court with the Faculty of Law, University of Mataram was held by the Head of the High Court of Mataram, Dr. H.A.S. Pudjoharsoyo, SH., M.Hum., with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Mataram, Dr. Lalu Wira Pria Suhartana, SH., MH., and witnessed by employees of the High Court of Mataram.

The purpose of this MoU is to carry out the Learn Independent- Campus internship activities in High Courts and District Courts throughout West Nusa Tenggara to improve students’ ability to understand: technical case administration (in the Young Criminal Registrar; Civil and special junior registrar), technical administration of the trial and observation of the Trial.

The Dean of Faculty of Law Unram, Lalu Wira Pria Suhartana expressed his gratitude to the Chief Justice of the High Court and the ranks who have facilitated the internship activities of the Faculty of Law Unran students, so that, the students will have judicial technical experience. “This means that they understand the mechanism and process of proceedings carried out in court, in addition to the theoretical skills learned on campus,” said Lalu Wira.

The Faculty of Law Unram has sent several students to do internships, so that, the students have judicial technical experience meaning they understand the mechanisms and processes of proceedings carried out in court, in addition to theoretical skills learned on campus.

“Thank you to His Excellency the Chief Justice of NTB High Court Dr. H.A.S. Pudjoharsoyo and the ranks who have facilitated internships in improving the quality of education for the nation’s children,” concluded Lalu Wira.

The MoU was implemented between the NTB High Court and the Faculty of Law, University of Mataram, University of 45 Mataram, State Hindu Institute of Gde Fudja Mataram, and Sharia Faculty of IAI Hamzanwari Pancor Selong.
