Mataram, the University of Mataram – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mataram University (FKIP Unram) is conducting a sports competition to celebrate the 42nd Anniversary of FKIP Unram. The total of 4 sports consisting of badminton, table tennis, chess and pickleball were chosen to be competed in this event. The implementation time starts from 1-17 September 2023, centered in Building A FKIP Unram.

The participants who competed were not only lecturers and educational staff, but leadership elements also competed in the four sports.

The head of team of the 42nd Anniversary of FKIP Unram, Dr. Muh. Makhrus, M.Pd. said that the sports competitions to celebrate the 42nd Anniversary of FKIP really need to be held as an effort to strengthen the relationship between the entire academic community at FKIP and as an effort to maintain health.

“Even though it is packaged as a competition, the aim is still to create brotherhood and make you happier. “With this competition, hopefully the entire academic community at FKIP Unram will become more solid,” he said.

Apart from sports competitions with participants from lecturers and education staff, the series of activities for the 42nd FKIP Unram Anniversary were also enlivened by Sports and Arts Week which was attended by new students.

Dr. Prayogi Dwina Angga, S.Or., M.Pd. as the Secretary for this activity said that the series of activities for the 42nd Anniversary of FKIP Unram involved the entire academic community so that the euphoria that existed could be felt together.

“The highlight of this anniversary event will be held on September 23 2023. There will be lots of activities at the peak of the event, starting from health walks, blood donations, educational seminars, bazaars, entertainment and alumni meetings,” he said.
