Unram and BKN Successfully Organize CAT Test for CPNS and PPPK 2023 Formation

Mataram, Universitas Mataram – Mataram University (Unram) is the venue for the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) test for the competency selection of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) formations in 2023. The CAT SKD test was held on November 9-18, 2023 at the Unram Information and Computer Technology Center (Pustik).

Dra. Sitti Arinah, MM, Associate Analyst of Human Resources of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) as well as the Coordinator of the CAT Test at Unram said that the BKN team with the work site at the University of Mataram totaled 7 people consisting of 1 coordinator, 3 technical teams and 3 supervisors, including Dra. Sitti Arinah, MM; Ayunani Mustika, S.Psi., M.Si; Mia Kurniati, S.I.Kom.; Erick Ramadhan, S.AB; Muhammad Ridwan, S.H.; Haryadi, S.E.; and Adilla Setyoningtyas, A.Md.Kb.N;

Dra. Sitti Arinah then explained that the Ministry of Education and Culture wants to maximize and use campus facilities across Indonesia, with the aim of reducing the use of outside vendors in order to reduce costs. Dra. Sitti Arinah also explained that there has been cooperation between the central leadership and the leaders at the University of Mataram to support the implementation of the CPNS and PPPK Formation Year 2023 tests at Unram.

“Alhamdulillah, there were no obstacles during the process of organizing the test, everything went smoothly,” she said.

To ensure the test runs smoothly, BKN itself follows the regulations issued by Basarnas, in the implementation of the CPNS and PPPK Formation Year 2023 tests, BKN also cooperates with the University of Mataram in this case through the Ministry of Education and Culture through data collection which states that the University of Mataram provides facilities and infrastructure for the CPNS and PPPK Formation Year 2023 tests.

Regarding the Civil Servant Candidate and PPPK tests at the University of Mataram, Dra. Sitti Aminah praised the performance of the committee from Unram who was very responsive in organizing the Civil Servant Candidate and PPPK Formation Year 2023 tests.

“Alhamdulillah, it’s good, we are very happy, very responsive regarding the needs needed in organizing this year’s test. we were afraid that it would be constrained by rain, and a canopy was immediately provided in preparation if it rained, from the participant’s side it was also observed to be safe, ” she said.

Dra. Sitti Aminah also conveyed her message to CPNS and PPPK Formation Year 2023 test participants, especially for participants who were taking the test for the first time.

“If this is the first time, it will not immediately pass, this can be used as an experience for the next year’s test, because you already know the details of the test and InsyaAllah it will be more prepared and can pass,” added Sitti.

Erick Ramadhan, S.AB BKN Performance Analyst and as one of the technical team conveyed his message to CAT SKD test participants so that participants who passed the SKD, could prepare more for the SKB test, and for participants who had not passed could try again on future opportunities.

Drs. Tutut Riadi as the Coordinator Secretariat of CPNS and PPPK Tests said that the implementation of the CPNS and PPPK tests was inseparable from the cooperation of the committee team from across sections who continued to make every effort to ensure that services in terms of facilities and infrastructure remained comfortable and safe so that the implementation went as expected.

“Alhamdulillah, if the response by BKN for our committee is fast and responsive because this is the second time, the first time in 2022 it also ran smoothly in organizing the CPNS and PPPK tests at Pustik Unram, and thank God technically we as organizers are working as expected,” said Tutut.

Drs. Tutut Riadi also encouraged the test participants so that the expectation could run as they expected in conducting the CPNS and PPPK tests in 2023.

The PPPK test participant, Dermawan, said that he was very grateful to the committee, especially in terms of service was very polite, friendly, fast, and responsive. Also in terms of the environment is also guaranteed to be clean, so he feels very comfortable when tested at Pustik Unram. He also gave a message to his fellow test takers to further improve and prepare themselves much better before taking the exam because it will have an impact on the procession of the test which will affect our scores.

Solihin, another test participant, expressed his gratitude for being able to answer questions smoothly and satisfied, so he hopes to pass the PPPK test this year.
