Unram and PT Telkom Indonesia Continue Partnership to Strengthen Digital Campus Ecosystem

Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) continues to strengthen cooperation with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero Tbk) in an effort to improve telecommunication services in the campus environment. The Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., warmly welcomed the arrival of PT Telkom Indonesia representatives at the Rector’s Guest Room on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 in order to discuss the continuity of the existing partnership.

As an educational institution that always prioritizes the quality of services for students and educators, Unram is committed to continuously improving its digital infrastructure. This cooperation aims to strengthen the network and internet stability on campus, supporting academic and research needs that are increasingly dependent on digital technology. In this meeting, Unram emphasized the importance of continued cooperation in providing internet networks to ensure that the teaching and learning process and academic activities continue to run smoothly.

The Executive Vice President of Telkom Regional 3, Fera Pebrayenti as a representative of PT Telkom Indonesia is committed to continuing to support Unram in improving telecommunications services, especially in strengthening network and internet stability in the campus environment. As an internet service provider that has been used by Unram for years, PT Telkom hopes that this collaboration can continue to be established in order to provide the best service for educational institutions.

In addition to the aspect of telecommunication services, PT Telkom also expressed a strong commitment and contribution through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that addresses Unram students as well as the development of educational systems and technology in the university environment. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to Unram students and academic community as well as the development of the education system at Unram.

This cooperation includes a contract for the procurement of communication services which will be further discussed through discussions between the two parties. With this sustainable partnership, Unram is optimistic that it can continue to improve the quality of digital-based education and create an academic environment that is modern and integrated with technological developments.
