Unram Hospital Supports FEB Unram’s Dies Natalis with Health Screening and Service Education
Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram Hospital (RS Unram) supported the 61st Dies Natalis of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Unram by providing a free medical check-up program and health service promotion. The event took place in the FEB Unram yard on Sunday (10/11) morning, starting with a healthy walk followed by lecturers, staff, and students.
Vice Director of Unram Hospital, Bambang, S.E., Ak., M.Ak., who is also a lecturer at FEB Unram, conveyed the importance of synergy among all elements of Unram to advance Unram Hospital.
“This will be one of the strategic initiatives of Unram Hospital. Unram is a common home for the Unram academic community, including Unram Hospital, so that the synergy of Unram’s potential along with the support of all elements in Unram is expected to make Unram Hospital better and superior to provide full health services to the Unram community and the people of Mataram and NTB, “he explained.
This activity aims to introduce the presence of Unram Hospital during the renovation period in the Joint Lecture Building (GKB) while promoting Unram Hospital’s health services. Promotion is conducted through Unram’s social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Dies Natalis participants were also asked to scan the barcode to get complete information regarding Unram Hospital services.
In addition, Unram Hospital provided free health check-up services, including measurement of blood pressure, weight, and simple laboratory tests such as blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol.
This event received high enthusiasm from the Unram academic community. Since 07.00 AM, participants started the activity with a healthy walk, followed by health checks at the location provided.
The Rector of Unram who was also present gave his appreciation for the contribution of Unram Hospital.
“Thank you to the Director and all staff of Unram Hospital. We are very proud. This is a real contribution of Unram Hospital for a better future of Unram. We will share this information to the community, especially to more than 13,000 Unram alumni,” he said enthusiastically.
In conclusion, the FEB Unram Dies Natalis committee held a door prize drawing for healthy walk participants, adding to the excitement of the event. This activity not only strengthens the relationship between members of the academic community, but also strengthens the role of Unram Hospital as a quality health service provider in Unram and its surroundings.
