Mataram, University of Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) once again showed its achievements in the national arena by winning three prestigious awards in the Anugerah Diktisaintek 2024 event. The event, held at Graha Diktisaintek, Jakarta, is an award event given to higher education institutions that contribute significantly to the development of technology, innovation and education.

At the event which took place on 13 December 2024, Unram won three awards in various categories, including Silver Winner in the Shinta Award Publication Category, Subcategory of Main Cluster Institutions with the Highest Scientific Publication Score for the 2021-2023 Period; Bronze Winner in the Public Relations Category, Subcategory of Press Releases; and Silver Winner in the Sub-category of Social Media.

This award was given in recognition of Unram’s efforts in improving the quality of scientific publications and public relations performance, especially in the field of press releases and effective use of social media to provide information to the public.

The event was also attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Deputy Minister, all university rectors from PTN BH, PTN BLU, Satker, and LLDikti.

Unram Rector, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.st., Ph.D., expressed his pride for the achievement. ‘We are very grateful and proud of the awards we received. This is the result of the hard work of the entire Unram academic community and also specifically the Unram public relations team which continues to be committed to creating innovations in the world of education, especially in the field of scientific publications and public communication. We hope that this award can motivate us to continue to grow and contribute even more for education in Indonesia,’ said Prof Bambang when interviewed by Unram’s public relations team.
