Unram Is Committed to Improving Quality; Master’s Program in Science Education Assessed by LAMDIK

Mataram, University of Mataram – The Master of Science Education Study Program, Postgraduate Program, University of Mataram (Unram), conducted a two-day field assessment on May 9-10, 2025, by the Educational Self-Accreditation Institute (LAMDIK). This assessment involved two assessors, Prof. Dr. Insih Wilujeng, M.Pd. from Yogyakarta State University and Prof. Dr. Yuliani, M.Si. from Surabaya State University.

The assessment was officially opened by the Rector of Unram, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D. In his speech, he expressed his appreciation for the assessment as part of the commitment to improve academic quality and accreditation of study programs. He also explained various important achievements that Unram has achieved in the last three years, including progress in the academic field, improving the quality of human resources, and developing campus facilities and infrastructure.

The Rector also thanked the assessors for their commitment in supporting the assessment process. “We really appreciate the presence and contribution of the assessors in this assessment process. Hopefully this assessment will be the initial step to continue to improve and develop our study program in a better direction,” he said.

This assessment activity was also attended by university leaders, heads of institutions, heads of Academic Support Units (UPA), alumni, students, and the entire academic community of Postgraduate Unram. The presence of these various elements reflects the spirit of togetherness and strong commitment in supporting the improvement of the quality of education at Unram.
