Improve Institutional Performance, LPPM Holds Workspace Use Workshop

Mataram, University of Mataram – The Institute for Research and Community Service of the University of Mataram also called LPPM Unram held a Training Workshop on the Use of Unram Workspace (workspace.unram.ac.id). This activity took place in the Main Meeting Room on Monday February 5th 2024 and was attended by the leadership, head of the center and all staff of LPPM Unram.

In this activity, the Head of LPPM Unram, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukartono, M.Agr. accompanied by Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gusti Putu Muliarta Aryana, MP., as Secretary of LPPM; Head of Research Center Prof. Ir. Buan Anshari, ST., M.Sc. (Eng)., Ph.D; Head of Data, Quality and Information Center I Wayan Sudiarta, Ph.D.

In this digital era, the use of various digital platforms to support the acceleration of higher education performance is very important. One of the digital platforms currently under development is Workspace University of Mataram.

Unram Workspace is one of the integrated services where all data and information is stored, so that it can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and this can certainly help collaboration in structuring University administration to be more efficient and effective.

Unram Workspace integrates modern work systems effectively, from online discussions or meetings with chat and video, document collaboration, file storage, task management, up to admin control. All of that allow users to communicate, create, and collaborate from anywhere easily and securely.

Head of LPPM Unram Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukartono, M.Agr in his speech said “Unram Workspace can help and improve the performance of institutions much easier. With the capabilities possessed along with the features of the tools, the distance and time in collaborating become more efficient and faster,” explained the Professor.

I Wayan Sudiarta, Ph.D., as the workshop speaker in this activity also emphasized “Workspace is a digital work space, useful for recording our activities at University of Mataram, assisting administration, collaborating and of course supporting accreditation. Working in a team is much easier and faster, let’s work together.”

This workshop is one of LPPM Unram’s seriousness in order to collaborate more quickly, effectively, and informedly to support the digitization process of LPPM administration.
